Very Good Service & Friendly – Great experience. Very friendly and customer service oriented. Service rep explains exactly what the repair was and will be up front if more repair is needed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Much better than the big dealers.

Great place to take your car – After a recent bad experience when I was forced to take my car elsewhere for sudden repairs, I was reminded how happy I am that my usual car maintenance and repair place is Cowden. Best Auto Repair Anywhere ! – I have owned my own auto repair facility in Minnesota (15 years) and worked at new car dealerships. Also I have worked at independent auto repair shops in Carmel, Santa Cruz, San Francisco and Sacramento as well. I was also fortunate enough to work for Cowden Automotive. Postive experience at Cowden. – They were friendly over the phone and in person. The owner went over every part of the bill with me, explaining each cost, and what the repair involved. He followed up with me the two days when I had additional questions. The garage is clean and well organized. I am happy with my repairs, and plan on returning the next time something happens.
