Got my medusa pierced here to far back and with the wrong size stud. the piercer left the needle in my lip to take a phone call and without changing his gloves finished the piercing up. I had to go to another shop to get it removed where they had to use 5 different instruments to get the stud out as it was done incorrectly and the threads of the jewelry were stripped. Only had it for 3days and wasted my money!
Payed for a full large leg tattoo up front and tipped very well. The tattoo has several areas that do not look good. The tattoo artist made excuses after he was paid up front abou r finishing my tattoo. He took several smoke breaks and took time out of my appointments to talk to other customers about what they wanted.....for the money I payed the tattoo looks horrible.
Recommendedgot a piercing and a tattoo yesterday, both workers had excellent customer service, overall great experience, will be back

My best friend and I went there today for matching tattoos, my 3rd and her 1st. Wes who did our art work did an amazing job, he was very nice, very professional. Cowboys who drew up our design drew it the we wanted it, I will definitely be going back again for more art work in the future! Thank you guys

10/10 they listened to what i wanted and Wes did a great job on my tattoo. a few months back i also got my belly button pierced here and once again they did an amazing job love this place.
First time for me going there... it was great felt welcome and they listened to want I wanted. I had Wes as an artist and he was great will definitely be going back 😀 Cowboy was awesome too loved the humor😀😀😀
