We took daughter to the jungle boat for her birthday which is located behind cowboys. Cowboys does not own it. However my daughter's friends were Running late (teens) and cowboys allowed us to hang out in the ac from 2:30 - 6:30 very friendly manager Lindsey and all the staff was amazing. I saw other reviews about the prices and honestly they are what to expect from a seafood and steak house. So don't let those reviews stop you. My wife and I both had the catfish. She had the meal and I had seafood sampler. Delicious! Our waitress said she was new but was very attentive! My wife’s only complaint was each dessert she wanted was sold out! Really enjoyable evening!
The view was awesome the food was great the service was fast and friendly the prices were very reasonable our first time to the area we will be back and we will return to cowboys to have a great meal again !!!
The fried catfish and the fried oyster s are always very good. The atmosphere and fries are astounding. Being able to drive e up in our boat if we want is a wonderful option. Outside live music and Tiki Bar are really nice. The Jungle float looks like a lot of fun. We all need to go together and rent it !!!!
Had my young grandsons, so I made a reservation for a Saturday night. We sat outside because, we’ll, kids and such. After 15 minutes, went to the bar and ordered my own beer. After 20, manager came out to apologize saying they had a large group scheduled, but she had put in a free appetizer. Waited all winter long to go there cause we heard it was a good place to eat. It finally opened and I took my hubby there for our anniversary. He got oysters and I got crab cakes but it wasn't crab meat it tasted like salmon patties. My hubby didn't like the oysters either. There was also a couple behind us complaining about the fish they had gotten. Apparently they don't dry it before putting the batter on it or frying cause her plate was full of water. Food was good but our server needs a lot more training. Almost everything had to be fixed. Scenery was nice and the food was good.
