Cowboy's did not disappoint.. I was having an AC problem not cooling and water leaking from the unit. Robert who inspected and diagnosed the issue took the time to show me and explain the issues & all my options and recommendations. I wish I could rate Cowboys AC negatively for their abysmal service, but alas, I must settle for a one-star review. Initially, their responsiveness was commendable, swiftly assessing our existing air conditioning unit and recommending a replacement. That’s where the positives end and our nightmare begins. The repair was done quickly at a fair price, and the service visit fee was credited toward the repair. The technicians were professional and polite. I also decided to sign up for their maintenance plan—great value.
