I wish I could rate Cowboys AC negatively for their abysmal service, but alas, I must settle for a one-star review. Initially, their responsiveness was commendable, swiftly assessing our existing air conditioning unit and recommending a replacement. That’s where the positives end and our nightmare begins. I called Cowboys Air Conditioning late in the day, and they still had a crew at my home within two hours. The repair was done quickly at a fair price, and the service visit fee was credited toward the repair. The technicians were professional and polite. I also decided to sign up for their maintenance plan—great value.
Victor and Hernan just left. They spent the day installing our new heat pump to replace our old rusted unit that gave up after 32 years. Very hard working and knowledgeable. Very happy with our new system so far. Very tight fit. Great job guys!
