If you like pain, Frida is the trainer for you! Im sore in places I've never been sore before. She has shown me techniques I never would have done on my own and explains the why behind the workouts. If being sore was an assault charge, she'd be on jail. Jk. Frida is the best!
Small, dirty, hot and loud. Why blast music when 90%+ of gym goers are wearing headphones? Even with noise canceling, the terrible music penetrates through. And please fix the ac. This is by far the worst Cowboys location
I've only trained downtown. The facility is clean,provides towels for your workout,towels and cleaning solution for the equipment. A good variety of machines and free weights,cardio equipment is well maintained also. It's a good gym. I subtracted a star because the weight lifting bars are 32mm and should be 28,28.5mm like a typical olympic or power lifting bar, and they should have womens bars in 25mm. 32mm is way too thick for deadlifting,rows,shrugs. These bars are only good for bench and squat.
Good every time
This gym is one of the cleanest facilities I’ve been to. Everything from the showers and sauna to the equipment is spotless and well maintained. The staff clearly takes pride in keeping the place in top shape. Special shoutout to Tim, he’s a rockstar. Friendly, professional, and always makes you feel welcome.
