I purchased a Groupon for duct cleaning. I had to wait 3 weeks to even get on the schedule. I received a call from the company 2 days before confirming that they were coming out 12pm-3pm. I was very angry that they didn't come simply b/c I didn't answer a text message (yes I work for a living) that service guy left me indicating he would be there in 20 minutes. Stay away this is scam, scam. They are same business dirt doctor ducts and cowboys ducts, don’t do 1-5 years plan with them, don’t pay them ahead. The 2nd time you request service they not answer phone. They toll free number on your receipt that only number you can call, they both same people dirt doctor ducts cleaning and cowboys ducts service I bought this from LivingSocial and Groupon. They are SCAM!!

This was a total rip. Only opened a couple vents. Dirt still pouring out of vents. Save your money!!!

Scam artists. Don't give them your money. I'm still waiting on a call back about a supposed refund they offered that never came through.
