Great sales staff. They went above and beyond to make my trade-in and new Fat Bob purchase doable. On the downside, the service dept might as well pulled guns when they robbed me. They flat out lied about the charges for recalibrating my computer after I installed my own speed parts. They pretty much held my bike for ransom and smiled the whole time for getting over on me. Sorry but $200 is $200. I will never take my bike in there again.
