Just put in a lift and needed things aligned and tightened up. I was sent out of the shop with a loose axle nut the tech didn’t even bother to see if it was tight. He said it was a failed bearing. Had to tighten it myself after paying for the service. The bearings were brand new. The vehicle now pulls left hard. It didn’t do that before I brought it to them. I will take my vehicle to someone who cares instead. Cowboys is a waste of money unless you need a tire change.
I don't feel like we could have broken down and found a better shop. These guys were awesome and genuinely wanted to help us get back on the road. We are on a road trip far from home and the transfer case on our 4X4 van went out. Within a couple days they had a replacement to help rebuild and we're back on the road running smoothly. Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Their technician Harvey was knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again!

What can I say but run don't walk to this shop. The best of the best. Great customer service and top-notch service with a smile. Fair prices and lots of knowledge. A first for Roseburg...congrats this place rocks.
