Took my 2017 Chevy Trax to cowboy up auto in Christopher IL today ! They had it open to close and called me an hour before close saying they can’t figure out why my blower won’t work in my car and they got it to work on only high speed so of course I was mad but took it well and showed up to pay for what labor he put into it and he let me remind you said the blower that was not working was at least blowing on high speed and I payed $156.33 and he brought my car out to me and then said after I paid that now it wasn’t blowing ... read more
Biggest joke of a shop ever since Fred bought it he tuning this shop down hill like he did to his shop in Benton stay away from this clown
I bought a 2005 dodge neon from them for 1500 dollars and I have had to spend over 2000 dollars to fix all the stuff that was hid from me by rigging it to look like a good car. They got run out of Gillette Wyoming for shady practices. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
This shop has no idea what there doing they told me I had one problem with my truck costed me over 1K to fix what they said was wrong but in fact it wasn’t even a problem do not go here said part is the last owner knew what he was talking about but the new one is a joke
