Randall Ricalde at Palo Alto Magnussen Toyota always gives me excellent service. He lets me know of specials an options I'm not aware of and explains repairs in plain language I can understand. He also schedules my service appointments at times that are convenient for me not them. I really appreciate the kindness and detailed attention I receive.
Kevin Gaddis was very helpful and polite .. it was nice having him in charge of my old Camry and will certainly come back as needed ... Thank you.
My Service Advisor, Alex Ramirez, at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto, has always been extremely helpful in answering questions, offering very good suggestions, pointing out needed (but never unnecessary) work, and doing all within his powers to make my service visits, and that of my family's cars, positive and with good end results. I highly recommend him as the service advisor that will deal "straight" and knowledgeably with your car.

I drove there in late January 2018. It was a 70+ mile trip one way from Carnation, WA, where I live. I wanted to see their inventory of used Avalon hybrids, hoping to purchase one. They had one...a used 2013 car...very low miles, NO WARRANTY. It was NOT Certified, and they wanted somewhere between $2000 to $3600 in addition to the price of the car. I received exceptional service from TJ Campbell at Jim Norton Toyota in OKC for my 2011 Toyota Corolla. We were on a cross country road trip and my AC was having some trouble. TJ got my car in and serviced while we were in a time crunch. He communicated well, and we received the car back with the problem fixed within the estimated time and expense.
