This was my first visit since we moved into the area last year.. it was easy scheduling an appointment when I wanted. Staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, professional especially my service representative Alex Ramirez. He was great in getting my Toyota serviced for what was really needed & it was done quickly. Based on my great experience , I will become a regular customer & hope I have Alex as my service representative to help me again when I have my already scheduled appointment in July. I been working with Jared Weber for years now. I brought in my fiance's 2010 Toyota Corolla for a timing belt cover seal. It was a big job and would last a few days Originally quoted us $2500 but at the end of the job ended costing us only $2400. He always tries his best to get you the best deals and discounts. He's honest and provides updates throughout the process. He even gave me a free rental for the entire time.

It was outstanding to deal with Tran Nguyen .He was very responsive, very easy to deal with, was very fair in his pricing. I got good price comparing with some dealers in Bay Area.I did buy the car from him. I recommend Tran to my family, friends and co-workers. Overall, 5/5 .

We took our new Sienna into Magnussen’s Toyota for its 5000 initial service. Jared Weber was the very personable service manager who handled this for us, and we couldn’t be happier. Even though it appeared to be a very busy day in the service department, Jared took the time to go over the inspection points the service would cover, and was spot-on with his estimate of when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up. We couldn’t be happier with Jared or Magnussen’s Toyota!

Always a pleasure doing business with Magnussen’s of Palo Alto. Randall Ricaldi was our helper today. He has always been very helpful when servicing our vehicles. Thanks Randall. All the service team at Magnussen’s have been super and I highly recommend them.
