These apartments are by far the best that I have ever lived at! They are located by the shopping mall and best of all restaurants!
I've lived in the cowboy town apt for about a yr now. The apts are updated wood floors, spacious, clean, nice counter tops, and cabinets. BUT there is a huge hang up!!! The maintain men are the worse I've ever seen! When you ask them to fix something they take days to fix it or the half way fix it! It always ends up a problem again. They are unfriendly and seem like its a pain to them if you put in a work order. I think the men have forgot that it is their job to help out around the apt. The apartments are very old and run down, the lawns and common areas are not well taken care of. Pets are allowed to "do their business" anywhere and nobody bothers to clean up after them. In addition the management of this apartment can not be trusted. Make sure you get ANYTHING they tell you in writing and witnessed or they will go back on their word and blame it on "change in management." My advice is to stay away from this place. There are a LOT of nicer apartments in Stillwater at a much more reasonable rate.
The apartments are interiorly renovated to be visually appealing. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The small touches on the apartment such as paint, carpet color, and counter tops, have made the space feel warm and less apartment feeling. All appliances are new/newer and function well! Bills are tolerable, but make sure the gaps around windows and doors have been taken care of. Closet space is great! Though, all good things come at a price.
