Mary Lou, Zane and the whole team was amazing! They created an amazing catering experience for our wedding, and tasting trial beforehand! My husband is a huge brisket guy, and they exceeded our expectations. I wish I had more photos of the wonderful spread, but hopefully they snagged a few photos! Everyone spoke so highly of the experience and food. I’m so thankful for all that they did to make my wedding fabulous.
There menus for Two sliders * coleslaw and chips - what you get is a top and bottom of a slider sized bun with a bit of pork and sliver of coleslaw on top- it didn’t fill a small paper French fry tray. When I said I’m sorry I paid for Two sliders they said- no that’s how it comes. Well, I have come to JUCO for years And will continue- but I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. Since when does two sliders mean a one full bun split. Advertise appropriately.
We used Cowboy and the Rose Catering for a rehearsal brunch and our wedding in July of 2024. The food was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was amazing to work with. We had guests with food allergies and they made sure every need was met.
I would give them a zero. I heard great things about them but I called and spoke with a gal who was going to get back with me and she never did. I told her I wasn't in a hurry but I didn't mean NEVER! I wanted a quote for a catered luncheon for 15 or so ladies and no one called me back. I guess they are so busy they didn't need our business.
