Alex came the next day after contacting to diagnose the problem. Ordered the parts and fixed the engine quickly!

The motor on our pontoon boat died while out on the Connecticut River. our first mechanic couldn't fix it. The second mechanic ghosted us. We were given the Cowboy Marine reference by happenstance. Alexander was able to accommodate a Sunday visit to check out our issue. He was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue. He was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable.
