I had asked for a deep clean, clearly stating beforehand that my apartment was in serious need. The clean I got could have been accomplished by a regular housekeeper charging literally a third or less than what I paid for a Deep clean. I was charged $500 for a pre move in clean. I was unable to do a final inspection the day of but my partner spoke to the owner who seemed fine with us reaching out after I had been able to see the space. I went the next night and was disappointed. I can't say what 2 people did for multiple hrs. I know they did clean floors but left streaks allover the granite hearth. I had an amazing experience with Cowboy Cleaners. My tenant left our townhouse in a very dirty state. Diana and her husband came in and did an AMAZING job from top to bottom. I am very impressed and will certainly hire them for any future cleaning I need. Highly recommend.
