Brought my authentic Louis Vuitton baseball cap to this establishment located on Blanco Rd. And West Avenue for alteration and cleaning and according to sources upon pickup an employee took my item and later was terminated. I have been trying to resolve the issue with management as far as reimbursement for over a year in regards to this incident involving Theft by Merchant.
Rose did an amazing job on my dress alterations! I brought my dress to her last minute, and she was such a joy to work with. I came all the way from Houston to San Antonio, and she still made time for me even though it was a rush request. She finished my dress way ahead of schedule so I could make it to a wedding on time. Rose is the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever worked with. Her customer service is truly outstanding. Best service I’ve ever received! Highly recommend!
Good work, but pricey
I have used Cowboy cleaners on Huebner for years and have always had a great experience! Their service has been consistently good… I drive in, pay, and they hang my clothes in my car. Very convenient… thank you!
