I have worked in the past in dry cleaning, and by far, this is the worse dry cleaner I have taken suits to be cleaned and pressed. I have the same issue everytime I pick up the suits. The crease is never lined up with the pleat. I've brought it to their attention, and the last time I did, I was only told to take my clothes somewhere else. Which isn't the point, apparently the person that's in charge of pressing pants went home for the day.
