In a time when restaurants are seeing reduced traffic, they drive the client away with diminished value. Customers will flock to restaurants that are bold in presentation and value. Hidden price increases just drive the customers away, or at least they did me.
My wife and I decided to stop and eat on Thanksgiving Eve...they were so busy with to go orders and yet were so pleasant and cheerful! Kelly was extremely patient and helpful...the entire team were courteous, kind, intentionally engaging, identifying needs without being asked and professional. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained. Great job!! The manager was down to earth friendly and seemed to get long well with his team.

Bad customer service walked in to make an order and they wouldn’t sell me chicken and it’s 5:30pm prime dinner time was trying to order chicken thighs and wasn’t able to sell me chicken when your a place that sells chicken my order was going to be about $50-75.00! Ending walking out and going somewhere else! Never had an experience like this at any other cowboy chicken location!
I placed an order with Cowboy Chicken and the delivery partner canceled it. I called the restaurant and spoke with a young lady named Chloe, who assured me my food would arrive within 30 minutes. Over an hour later, I still had no order, no call, and no update. When I called back, she claimed to be the supervisor on duty and said the manager had already left for the evening. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.
