I have been waiting 6 weeks for a loaner so they can fix my truck I called today and asked if I needed to take it somewhere else. He told me at one point he had a loaner but no mechanics so a few days later I called and now he doesn’t have a loaner and he kept telling me he would call but he never did I had to call him and today when I called he hang up on me

They lie. A lot. They did not offer to let me see the vehicle before purchasing it as it wasn’t there yet but they said I had to sign and purchase right then. It could not wait til the next day to test drive it. Said it was like the ones on the lot we had looked at. Not so. At all. They said I would have 45 days until my 1st pmt. Lied. I had exactly 29 days. I called multiple times and they gave me the run around. Never would call me back. Never fixed it. My husband and I have had the absolute worst experience here. He bought a truck and was told everything would be inspected before hand before the truck was dropped off to us. When it was dropped off a week after he signed papers, it arrived with no temp tag, and the off road tires that were pictured on the vehicle were taken off and walmart tires were put on. BEWARE! I bought a vehicle 9 months ago. No complaints. But my granddaughter was buying a vehicle and I sent her there. They sold her a piece of junk. She called next day and said transmission is going out. Brian would just talk about how busy he was. So I got involved as a grandmother I trusted this shady dealership to not rip off my grandchild.
