I had my wife take our truck in to have warranty work done on the engine. Gmc with the 5.3. Had a stuck AFM lifter. You could clearly see the lifter was stuck just by removing the oil fill cap and see the lifter was not moving. Dropped off the truck, told the guy at the desk all the symptoms with the motor and told him what the problem was. 3 days later I got a call telling me good news it's not your lifter. Bought a 76,000.00 truck. Had problems with noise 120db inside cab. Took it to the dealer. Control arm bolts we loose from factory. This dealership also did the multipoint inspection which included checking steering and suspension linkages. Factory missed it, dealership didn’t do their job. Or they would have caught it. Carried it back last week. The dealership said it was loose from factory. Now I have to install 4 tires on it. They offered 30% on one tire. $56.00. Why should I be responsible for any cost??????? You guys want to make your customers happy. I felt it very well. I really felt that I was the only customer. I got everything I wanted on vehicle. Love my new truck.
My family and I were stranded coming home from vacation and thankfully made it to this dealership. They made things much less stressful. They took care of everything and got us back on the road within twenty four hours. They were extremely nice and caring in a difficult situation.
