Metlife was fantastic. Cody called them and they called me right away. I was called immediately by the claims coordinator, then by the appraiser. I was also called by the medical department to see if I was injured. Metlife paid for my rental, and immediately started work on my claim. I was 100%+ satisfied with Cowboy Capital and Metlife!
