Great little restaurant that serves Cowboy fair. The flat iron steak melts in your mouth and the smoked chicken is excellent.
Best Pizza We run the Bryce race every year and found this place. This is really good food. The pizza is the best we have ever had. You have to get the pizza if you go here. It is so cheap and you will love it. Trust me.
What a gem! – After reading so much about Highway 12, we finally took time to see sights. We wanted to stop in a well advertised place in Boulder, but it was closed so we went on to Escalante and stopped at Cowboy Blues for dinner. What a treat. The service was great and the food was excellent. We were surprised to find such a great place in such a small town.
Try it, you'll like it! – Definitely the only place to eat in town. Good food and fun atmosphere. Don't leave without trying the hot brownie sundae or one of the other homemade desserts.
