Ris and Carol were awesome. Had an unoccupied residence that had to be sold "as is condition", as no one had lived there in almost 20 years. Needed a quick reasonable sale. WOW, it took no time at all and sold with a price that was within reasonable price point. Could not believe how quick it sold. Ris and his wife got what we were looking for. Not to mention they are "easy to do business with". Very friendly and knowledgably in Grand Junction market. Would recommend them highly.
At first they were really nice. Then things went south. They requested that we have our house inspected and appraised at our own expense - never had to have that done but we did it. They listed the house. When we weren't getting any showings I wanted to lower the price and they didn't. 6 months they had it with ONLY ONE SHOWING! Then thy up and abandonded us!!! Didn't even notify us or come get their lock box! I would NEVER USE THEM OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE!!!
