Cowan Electrical attended my premises to fix an NBN bridge tap issue, as advised by my internet provider. Fortunately, their electrician, Michael, a former NBN technician with over a decade of experience, attended to provide a quote but thankfully fixed the issue (not a bridge tap) during the inspection. I was so impressed with Cowan’s professionalism that I requested another quote to fix an antenna issue where the apartment building’s cable was not providing a strong signal to my TV to gain free-to-air access.
