Dr. Cowan did a nasal septal reconstruction and turbinate coblation on both sides for me. Setting up the appt. was simple and the day of the surgery went just as Dr. Cowan described it. Dr. Cowan went and sat down with my wife after the surgery to explain how things went. He even provided his personal cell phone number in case we needed to speak with him. Dr. Cowan personally called me the following day to make sure everything was going well. Best experience I have ever had with any doctor.

Dr. Cowan is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a very concerned and caring attitude with his patients and their families. He patiently answers any and all questions and explains treatments, diagnosis and procedures thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Cowan took the time to explain the cause of my chronic ear and sinus trouble, and gave me options on how it could be treated. I saw another doctor for this problem 2 years ago, and the doctor was in and out in 5 minutes with no helpful recommendations. Dr Cowan was professional, yet talked to me about my symptoms in terms I could understand. He took the time to address all of my concerns. I will be referring my mother to him.
I would highly recommend Dr Cowan - he actually personally called me the night before my sinus surgery to answer any questions that I might have had. Excellent doctor!
Dr. Cowan is our second ENT. What a difference from the first! He has an excellent bedside manner and is very thorough. My son has suffered from allergies most of his life and very life disrupting sinus issues the last several months. Dr. Cowan suspected his symptoms were stemming from something other than just his sinus condition and did not rush him in to do sinus surgery but has worked very hard to help us get to the root of his problem. We would highly reccomend him to anyone needing an ENT!

Dr. Cowan was very thorough and took extra time to make sure all of my questions were answered. He has an amazing bedside manner. I have been suffering with sinus issues almost all of my life and he finally has me feeling so much better. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. I actually have already set up an appointment for my husband to be evaluated for his snoring problem.
