Called to make an appointment was told to call back Friday. When I asked why, they said they don’t know. I asked if there was staff shortage, currently booked up for the month, etc. and nothing. Do a better job of informing your staff when there are issues that’ll affect the people they serve.
I love The customer service and the front desk staff is very helpful. Best dental care in the army .
