I love The customer service and the front desk staff is very helpful. Best dental care in the army .
Best dental care I ever had in the army . Front desk staff is very professional. Recently had an exam and Dr Passey was the best.
I’m not sure what this places deal is but God forbid you even attempt call them. They’ll pick up the phone and immediately hang up. You have to call AT A MINIMUM of a 6 times to get anyone to answer and when they finally do they’ll put you on hold. They also are notorious for unprofessionalism.
UPDATED !!!! Absolutely disgusted with how they push you off. I had an exam a month before my ETS and they were supposed to do a repair and a cavity drill and fill. This was my last chance to get work done on me before I got out of the Army. So I came in again a week before my ETS for the actual repairs and they did another EXAM! Acted like they didn’t just do one! So because they didn’t keep to the original appointment I now have to figure it out myself. {NEW} “Almost 2 years later” and now that I’m out of service.
