We spent $50 on meat, live only about 5 minutes away, and when we got home around 6 PM, we realized the meat had never been put in our bag. This was completely their mistake. I called the store and the first girl I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do for me that night and that I would have to come back the next day for a refund. I purchased 3 shells vacuumed packed 2weeks ago. Great service. Very nice they offered to vacuum pack. Gave one to my friend who ate it within three days and didn’t like it but has always liked it from there. Have purchased from here before. All steaks were tasteless even the fat. I don’t understand. We don’t eat steak often, maybe three times year. Was really looking forward to it. I cooked it perfect medium rare. I’m really at a loss. Tender and texture was great but zero steak flavor.
