Very poor service indeed! Took my daughter for a trim and was told right from the bet no... We are booked, the salon was not even that full.. The lady was on the phone and just barely looked at us and just said nope totally booked... Then say they were open on Tuesday... What a nice way of treating new clientele... Took our daughter to Giggles hair salon spa and what a difference... Still we had no appointment and they were happy to cut our princess hair they did a great job... And gain a new customer! Certainly Cow licks...... read more

Very poor service. I went in with both of my kids for a 12:30 appointment so I figured it wouldn't be too busy because school was still in. I got there and it was not busy and they still made me wait about 20 minutes. Finally when my kids started getting their haircut, one of the stylist names Isabella began getting an attitude with another parent and when I asked her to please pay attention to my child's hair she told me that this did not involve me and to mind my own business.
