They give a awesome tour when looking at new places, but once you move in you find it's nothing but lies and misleading. Don't believe them when they say they have security patrol, they don't. The gates are open all day everyday, I've caught homeless transient walking around, one even stopped my mom asking her for money. Our ac went out and they gave us this really loud portable unit, which at the time I thought would be a blessing.
