I can truly say my first time coming here I was not patient enough and even though they tried their best my truck had several things that needed to fix they tried very hard to help me fix the first problem and I just was not patient. I recently visited this shop to have new tires installed, and I brought my own tires with me. When I arrived, I noticed that most of the staff were young. As a young business owner myself, I believe in giving people a fair chance regardless of age, so I trusted them with my vehicle. WE THOUGHT WE FOUND A FAMILY MECHANIC! We started going to Covington Tires a couple years back. Initially started with oil change, then we went back for tires on our pickup. Tire popped off, rolling down the road. We didn’t learn our lesson and tried them again. We tried oil change, and 2 new tires. Had to bring the car back, oil light came on, and tires were now wobbly.
