I’ve lived here for 3 years. Since 2021. It’s very affordable housing. But I do not recommend. The property is extremely old. They need to be remodeled. Everything stops working eventually. And I mean very soon. The faucets will stop working. The lights will go out. The oven will go out. The ac will break. And oh, maintenance takes forever to come and fix it. I've been here a year I'm so ready to move!! The kids are terrible, disrespectful, and no home training. No one to tell them any better, right from wrong the mamas in the house with they man don't know where they kids are kicking on people doors using profanity like they are adults they bully the new kids that move here on Alcovy Rd.
TERRIBLE!!
They have rats and don't care to get rid of them
