Offered me way below Kelly Blue Book market value on a trade in. The trade in value was $26,500 - $29,500. The offer waa $23,000. Total dishonest female sales person. Total rip off.
Excellent customer service. They really went all out to help me. I was 200 miles from home and the check engine light came on. They squeezed me into the Schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Great company! Worth the drive from Roanoke.
10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE Worst customer service ever was denied my loaner vehicle in my contract due to new owners not wanting to do that and hung up on because I was upset then my car was serviced with no authorization forms signed then tried to bill me full amount when they knew from my first call I had a warranty then when I tried to pick it up told me I had no warranty whatsoever because I hurt their feelings by telling them to do their job properly proceeded to be cornered by a manager and same said woman t... read more
