Jack is fantastic to work with and addressed our needs in a timely manner. Our gas logs were old and needed replacement. Jack walked us through the process, made recommendations, and completed the replacement quickly. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Pictures include old logs vs new set!
I called Jack Frost because the back wall of my prefab fireplace was cracked. He came and replaced the back wall and cleaned up before he left. I will use him again if/when needed and recommend him to others.

Jack was able to diagnose the problem immediately and got our fireplace working, and for a fraction of the cost! They have made a customer for life in us.
