Very reliable, on time, professional, and just darn nice. Responded promptly to wood stove insert and installation was professional and clean. Highly recommend.
I am a repeat customer. I first was referred from a contractor when I needed my propane gas fireplaces inspected and started in my home in Oxford. I have since moved to Loganville and called on Jack again to inspect my natural gas fireplace and see if I could convert it to woodburning. In both instances, Jack took the time to show me everything I needed to know about my gas appliances. We called Doors by Mike to have our fireplace serviced because it would not stay lit. After their exorbitant service charge fee and a still unworking Fireplace, a friend recommended this business to us. Jack was able to diagnose the problem immediately and got our fireplace working, and for a fraction of the cost! They have made a customer for life in us.
I have used Covington Hearth and home in 3 different homes for gas logs! Outstanding experience each time and Jack is so informative and is the best in the business in my opinion. Would highly recommend this company and Jack!😁
