After bad experiences at 3 other Ford service centers in the last few years, I will only come to this one! The reason being... They actually listen, take my concerns seriously, and respect my budget when prioritizing what needs to be done and not taking advantage of my limited car knowledge. I know it is a little more expensive, but it is always fixed right the first time!
I had my 2004 Expedition serviced there. FYI they don’t normally service anything over 12 years old. Nice people but I wanted them to check the whole engine out and I don’t feel like they did because the engines whines and they never mentioned it. I think I will find somewhere else to service the vehicle.
