Customer service is horrible! Owner was VERY rude and told me to take my business elsewhere after I asked her about different pricing options. I’ve never been treated so poorly by anyone EVER. SHERWOOD FLOWER SHOP was so kind and helpful and I’ve made several purchases with them for gorgeous arrangements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT COVINGTON FLOWER SHOP!
I was EXTREMELY DISSASTIFIED with my funeral arrangement. As a floral artista (in fairness) I expected much better quality than was sent. The delphinium I requested (no gladiola available) was shoved in an urn so deep it was barely recognizable. The flowers were SO SPARSE I had to seatch for what I requested. When I contacted the florist and spoke with the owner (whut whut) I was told "Everybody and their brother THINKS they are a designer." Extremely poor customer service.
