Customer service is horrible! Owner was VERY rude and told me to take my business elsewhere after I asked her about different pricing options. I’ve never been treated so poorly by anyone EVER. SHERWOOD FLOWER SHOP was so kind and helpful and I’ve made several purchases with them for gorgeous arrangements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT COVINGTON FLOWER SHOP!
I was EXTREMELY DISSASTIFIED with my funeral arrangement. As a floral artista (in fairness) I expected much better quality than was sent. The delphinium I requested (no gladiola available) was shoved in an urn so deep it was barely recognizable. The flowers were SO SPARSE I had to seatch for what I requested. When I contacted the florist and spoke with the owner (whut whut) I was told "Everybody and their brother THINKS they are a designer." Extremely poor customer service. After having a negative experience at Sherwoods we decided to walk across the square to see our options with this shop. The staff was professional, caring and kind hearted. They have great prices and beautiful flowers and really helped us during this hard time. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, the service was amazing and affordable
