Went for yearly physical. Took over 2 hrs. They said they would call Friday with results. They didn't. So I went by there Friday evening and they wound't give me my results. I was told I had abnormal results and had to see a dr NEXT Friday. How do you tell someone something is wrong but have to wait a week to find out what. And refuse to give me a copy of blood work. This place is a joke.
Was told my prescription would be called in and I would get a phone call letting me know it had been done. Never got a phone call, so I called back to ask. Took the girl about a minute to get my information and put me on hold so she could find out. 22 minutes later she answers the phone as if she forgot she had put me on hold in the first place. Had to give her my name twice more to get the information I asked for. Terrible service so far since the merger/buy out. I never had to wait on hold for that long before. Unacceptabl... read more
