Out of town and can’t reach anybody over the phone and their online services are trash. They don’t work. It constantly says, “enter a valid TN zip code”. I have entered it. Fix your crap.

while the staff weren’t rude and the waits were around 20-45mins (i walked in each time, took a number, and i went during the weekday), it was frustrating to get turned around three different times to try and get my real ID considering the drive time. if you’re coming from out of state, note that you CANNOT use a pay stub and w2 together and if you’re using a bank statement that’s close to being 5 months old, they won’t accept it no matter if it’s still 4 months old. the hours are actually 8:30am to 5PM not 6PM and i paid $1... read more

Ms. Wilson was so kind and helpful. We drove almost an hour to get here and she could have easily rejected us and told us to go home, she did not. She listened to my concerns and was so kind in giving me guidance as what to do. She went out of her way to help my daughter and I with getting her restricted license. I cannot imagine what these ladies deal with on a daily basis but I am grateful for her attentiveness and willingness to help. Thank you again Ms Wilson I truly appreciate you!
