Staff was very courteous and helpful. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes!!!!
The woman at Computer #3 is a horrible, rude person, and needs to be fired. If you hate your job that much, quit, and go somewhere else. There is no reason, you should treat people, the way you do. I think the State of TN, should send in someone undercover, just watch you and the way you interact with people. U need to go do something else in life.
Renewed license and was out in 20 minutes! Everything and everyone was ideal. Worth the scenic drive from Memphis too!

Horrible distribution of wait times and calling numbers, they have people waiting for hours but will immediately handle people who just walked in and have no appointment this place is awful and should be shut down
