This place is out of hand and needs to be shut down I went 6 months ago to get my liscense switched from Missouri to Tennessee was told I needed one more proof of address and told it could be my check stub or something from tdhs I brought all the proof they had asked me for and was then confronted by a different lady she then told me they cannot help people like me and I then asked what do you mean she continued to tell me satanic people who dress in all black and come in with fake a dress form and had security escort me out... read more

The woman at Computer #3 is a horrible, rude person, and needs to be fired. If you hate your job that much, quit, and go somewhere else. There is no reason, you should treat people, the way you do. I think the State of TN, should send in someone undercover, just watch you and the way you interact with people. U need to go do something else in life.
Renewed license and was out in 20 minutes! Everything and everyone was ideal. Worth the scenic drive from Memphis too!
