The entire team provided exceptional service, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today.
Horrible Experience! The front office was absolutely incorrect when claiming my insurance wasn’t active , WHEN IT WAS AND STILL IS . I was then denied a cleaning and denied my treatment plan because of their error about my insurance and I have never had such a terrible experience with X-rays until today. I will never be back and so thankful that I was able to get an actual dental appointment within the same day with THE SAME INSURANCE at a different more professional facility.
My Autistic son has been coming here for about 2 years. I scheduled his appointment along with his brother who was a new patient. I got there and was told the appointments were cancelled. I had no idea. I was told because I didn't confirm. I did confirm by calling the number they left on voicemail and left a message which was an option to confirm.The lady at the front desk seemed rude and could care less.
