If you get behind, and even if you call to explain and then get caught back up, the women at this particular loan place, Covington Credit, get really heavy-handed and very condescending to the point of trying to make the client feel incompetent and stupid, even berating clients in front of other clients. Very unprofessional. I was not acknowledged when entering the business. Over the phone I was over talked and she was very rude. This is the female that seats to the left when entering. The one to the right didn't acknowledge that I was there, so after I sat for about 5 minutes I asked how much longer? At this point she informed me that they were in the middle of close-out and it would be about 15 minutes. Which she should have done from the beginning.
