Paul was very professional and understanding to my situation. Will definitely give him a 5 star rating.
Very poor communication. Applied for a $500 loan online which stated I’ll receive a call from someone at the branch. Not only did I not receive the call, I had to call to follow up on the status of my loan. When I called, I had to repeat EVERY thing I listed on the application again. Was told they are going to work on my loan and give me a call back which I never received. I then called the next day to check the status again only to be told after waiting on hold for 5 minutes that he thought someone else had called me. How y... read more
