DO NOT rent would give Zero stars if I could! they will not fix damage from previous tenets conditions of units are horrible so bad that they will try to blame you for damages that you didn’t do . Such as your ceiling leaking water and damaging your things, but then blame you for the cause of it and charge you unsted of taking it from your security deposit. This is by far the worst apartment in Saginaw Mi. Please do not rent from them. They did not clean my apartment before i got it. I had to complain in order to get it cleaned which was still half way done. My kitchen sick flooded my floor the second day living there. Something is always broken literally. The manger Kelly Devereaux is the worst manager in history. She do not know how to handle business appropriately and likes to take advantage of younger tenants. The worst apartment ever! They don’t clean the carpets. They don’t fix anything. But want the rent on time. Kelly Devereaux is her name. She doesn’t live in the Saginaw area. They approve anybody. Because the living here is cheap. When I first came in they didn’t clean anything. This her!!!!! Take her to court.
Great place to stay staff members are very awesome! They help you every step of the way especially Ayesha Muhammad!!
