I had an AWESOME experience with Covington Court Apartments. Cindy was the manager at the time. She was the BEST apartment manager Ive ever had. She was extremely nice, helpful and even took care of the things she promised to. For the first time EVER at an apartment, I was actually refunded my entire deposit without question. Suprised that there was a complex out there that didnt try ripping me off! Thought this would be a great place to live, boy was I wrong. In Jan 2009 we had a sewer issue and I was forced to leave for what was supposed to be 3 days. 3 days turned into 9 weeks and I still was unable to access my belongings. When I finally told them I would be moving they told me I had to sign a letter to get to my own belongings! They made no effort to help me out or pay me for my inconviences. This was the worst place I have ever lived! They had 4 families out on their ears and didnt even care! They were so worried ... read more

Lack of effective control measures with regard to repetitive noise violations by another tenant has prompted me to move on. Loud music has been an issue since I moved in a little over 2 months ago and, despite my repeated complaints to the management here, the problem remains unresolved. Had to call the police in at 2:45 am last week to break up a loud party in the apartment below me. The noise violations continued anyway in the days that followed.
