I just tried to make reservations for a party of 15 to come to Covington Bar and Grill with the "owner/manager" Rebecca and she was beyond rude and dismissive. She immediately greeted with the request with hostility and advised that "making reservations for 15 people that do not come to the bar regularly" was not something she was willing to do. The Covington Bar and Grill is the new Cheers. Stellar, memorable, well worth it. In its own league.

I will never EVER eat here and certainly not suggest this bar and grill to anyone. In fact, Im informing all of my friends and family to boycott the restaurant entirely. The management in there is completely ridiculous and they apparently don't care about their reputation. The lack of respect for customers and the Fort Wayne community is apparent to all who eat there.

I would never EVER recommend this restaurant to anyone in my entire life. The entire staff, including managers and owner, are complete and utter crap. They are all completely rude and have no business being in any sort of customer service. Bekka the manager that was on duty is a complete jerk, and there is no reason why anyone on this entire planet would ever hire her to be in any position where other human beings have to come into contact with her.
