I went here for my free oil change. I was told that I needed a new battery asap. I refused their offer and took it to ************************* to have battery checked to see if in fact I needed a battery. I was told that the battery was fully charged. I then took it to ******* with the same outcome. Do not, and I repeat, do not take their word that you need work done!!! Take it somewhere else to get a second opinion! I can't stress this enough! They bold faced lied!! I would not trust this dealership with anything!!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the treatment my friend received at this dealership today. We had a promising test drive the day before while I was with her. I purchased my 2023 ******** brand new from this dealership and brought it in under warranty in October 2024 for engine hesitation and stalling. I even showed them a video of the issue, but because there was no check engine light, they refused to investigate it further. Months later, the fuel injector failed, and I was quoted nearly $3,000 for repairs, plus a $175 diagnostic fee. Worst experience ever. Nothing but lies, deceit and fraud.They stated on 2 seperate invoices for 2 seperate visits that multipoint inspections were performed. They are refusing to give me the results of those inspections. They claim they can't get that information once the job is closed out.They wanted to replace my AC condenser and compressor.
