We had the absolute best experience at this dealership working with Ray, Marci & Ashten. Can’t trust the sales manager to follow through on promises. They never call you back when they say they will. As long as the sale is completed, communication is lost.
Will sell you a car at an honest price. The kia I got was 65k financed through the company, 53k if you paid cash. Partnered for a legal case as there was something going on. Never got the subpoena for the case. Had the vehicle stolen from me and was dumped in a cover up at a staged crash site. I was interested in a used vehicle I saw online through AAA. When I expressed interest on Friday evening, I received a phone call, email AND text message from Covina Kia. I explained via text that I would test drive a Sportage locally as Covina was an hour drive away.
