I arranged the purchase online based on the offer they provided me, which was very competitive where another Kia dealership wouldn't match. I dealt with sales agent Ray, who was awesome and highly recommend purchasing a car through him. When we picked up the car, he went over the features of the car thoroughly. Thanks Ray!

Bought another car from Kia Covina. This is our 3rd car from this dealership. This time we had the best service overall. I was helped by Ray Rojas. This man knows his stuff through and through. He really went above and beyond in helping me. He didn't even sell the car to me, and he spent a lot of time going over the car and the features it has. Even a test drive after the purchase. I would not recommend this dealership. The staff here are disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. Communication is extremely poor instead of being straightforward with customers they avoid answering questions and make the buying process unnecessarily stressful. A dealership should be transparent and trustworthy but here it feels like they’re only interested in pushing their own agenda even at the expense of customers time and trust if you’re considering purchasing here, I strongly advise.
