Had the best experience here thanks to Ray & Mark. Highly recommend asking for Ray as your sales person, he will make sure you get taken care of and pays attention to detail. He also made sure my car had a full thank of gas and big red bow on it when I came to pick it up. 10/10 would recommend Ray to help you out if you’re looking for a car.
- [ ] Absolutely do not go here!! I went to turn in my lease, which has normal wear and tear minus a small bump on the hood and is 2600 miles below the 10,000 miles a year maximum. The manager was in charge of lease end returns told me I had to pay $400 +$1500 right now to turn it in. I called the dealership ahead of time and they told me that I would only be paying $150 $200 max because the mileage was good on the car and that that bill would be mailed to me. Sold me a car I couldn't drive home. We just bought our first car, a 2020 Nissan Leaf. On a cool night, no AC or heat running, we left the dealership at 90% battery and arrived home at 2%. The drive was only 28 mi. We're pretty devastated and bewildered how this dealership sold us a car that can't be driven. We haven't gotten any support from the dealership other than telling us to reach out to the manufacturer. But frankly, I feel lucky we made it home at all that night.
