Today I contacted your service department, spoke to Jose had a situation with the cluster in my 2024 Kia Soul he told me I could bring it in in the morning but before I did try to disconnect the cables from the battery and that should reboot the car I did and it worked and it's just a big shout of Jose, he save me a trip all the way over there and solve my issue, thank you Jose in service.
STAY AWAY from this shady dealership. As an industry insider, this place makes me sick with straight out lies. Attempted to ground a lease here, but they refused to take the car back. The sales manager Martin Perez was full of excuses and bs. Just to confirm, I inquired about starting a new lease. Well well well....a change of tune with junior entry sales person Ernesto Ruano ready to take the old car in and work a new deal.
