I have been living here for about 2 years and a half and I absolutely love it. It's not easy to find a nice apartment that has good amenities, good management, and clean spaces. Covina Palms offers them all. Gabriela, the manager is always willing to help and resolve every problem. The rooms are very spacious and comfy.

These people are slumlords they steal your deposits they have nasty dirty apartments, management is rude and disrepectful and two-faced this is not a place for children. Cocroaches live, mate and breathe there. Dirty dirty scuzzy place.
