I have lived at this complex for years and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here. Any time there has been an issue, it has been addressed promptly. The only thing that is a concern sometimes is the parking, since people from the neighboring buildings parking in the lot.
I lived at the Covina Manor for almost two years. I do not recommend this place. The manager before and her family at that time treated me terrible and I never even met them hardly. The manager was upset that I was a good tenant and paid my rent each month. How does that work exactly? I highly advise you to rent this place out if you plan to be a bad tenant and not pay your rent each month. God Bless...
I was gonna rent an apartment here, but not after hearing about the cons.
I lived at the Covina Manor for almost two years. I do not recommend this place. My Girl freand and I lived in this apartment back in 1998. When I was at work The manager would harass my girl constantly. To the point where she would end up in the Hospital for depression. Well unfortunately my girl to be my wife died there after. It's sad that people could be so mean. God Bless I would never recommend this place to any one. Love my Girl. And God Bless you all......ps. Beautiful place but people make it ugly........
