Went for oil change, checked in at 7:45, my appointment was at 8:15, I know it would probably be a two hour wait I ended up waiting 4 1/2 hours for oil change on a car that only has three cylinders this didn’t make any sense to me, I will never return to this dealership, I will go to the competitor next-door where for $79.99 I will get a oil change, a car wash and a tire rotation for the price that they were charging $69.99, and $40 for a tire rotation. My experience with Alicia at Chevy Covina Hills was the best! She had a customer centric approach from walking into the dealership until driving off with my 2025 Equinox RS. Not only was she customer focused, but she followed up with me with any questions I had. I have purchased a handful of vehicles in the past at various dealerships but the best experience I have had with a sales person is at this dealership.
