The worst dealership ever. Don’t ever get your car serviced here. They tried to charge me almost $1k for a supposed broken washer/bolt, and it was only the right brake sensor that needed fixing. I checked at Firestone, and they said everything was fine; it was only that one sensor that had issues. Please avoid anything here unless you want more problems with your car.
They don't follow GM part return policy. A few weeks ago, I fought a GM Tesla adaptor from them. However, I had to return it because the Tesla supercharger cables are too short for GM port location. They gave me soft denials, i.e., they don't deny me outright. The 1st time the guy told me that he does not know how to refund me GM points so he has to wait till his member come in. This past week, I had the check engine light come on for my new Silverado truck. I made an appointment at a different dealership and upon arrival I was told it would be weeks before they could look at my truck because their diesel mechanics were so backed up..
