went in for a cut NOT layers an pls do not touch the length and root touch up, have orange roots and my hair well look at the photo's - this is not a unhappy hair cut - this is a chop job I will never go back and my family will not as well, asked for my $ back and she said she would only give me for the cut NOTHING else, I paid her 60 and had to pay another place 50 to try and fix it. please before going see attach photo's
HONESTLY, IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD PUT IT. IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I SIMPLY WANTED MY HAIR TO BE DYED AND THE LADY GOT BLACK ALL ON MY FOUR HEAD AND NECK! I COULD OF DONE IT BETTER MYSELF! AND THE OWNER TOLD ME ONE PRICE AND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY, SHE DOUBLED IT!! NEVER GO HERE!! WHEN I GOT HOME EVERYONE SAID THAT I LOOKED THE SAME! IVE NEVER BEEN SO MAD IN MY LIFE!!
