It's hard to believe the residents have such little respect for themselves or how they live , why would they just throw trash anywhere is that what makes it home?

Rename this hell hole Covina Shit Pit and you have an accurate representation of this slum.
It ain't what it looks like , it use to be the best but they have new Management. And they changed the name and Grand there not its one mantaince man with over 200 apts I'm still waiting for work to get done in my apt since August it's not that great . But I can't Jude it for no one but myself.
