No matter which pet we've brought or which staff we've seen, we've always had a great experience with CAH. :-)
I love Covina Animal Hospital. The staff, from the front office, the technicians, and the doctors are #1. I've never had a bad experience.
I'm simply jealous that I'm not able to get the same level of health care for myself but I'm also happy that The CAH and its staff has always been there for our chihuahua London. The staff at Covina animal hospital loves to pamper London and give her the best care regardless of her loud big dog personality. Doctor Chen has been a great help keeping London healthy and happy but we always get the same level of care and concern for her needs from every single doctor or staff member.
We love everyone here and the wonderful care they have provided to our pets for the last 20 years. We drive more than 25 miles so that our pets get the best care. We wouldn't trust any one else with our pet's care. When our 15 year old dog passed away, they were so wonderful to us when our hearts were truly broken...
I have been bringing my pets to Covina Hospital since 1986. They have always been professional and compassionate. From first exams of my kittens, to injuries, illnesses, and those moments of letting go with euthanasia, the staff has always been so kind and helpful. Yesterday, I brought my 18 year old cat in to be put down. Arthritis and disease and finally taken its toll. I was able to hold my cat in my arms, sitting in a chair in the exam room. I am sure they help animals and when I lived there I use to take my dogs and cat there, very pleased by their work. I am sure the animals love the vets also.
